MIS Pitch Controlled Multi Spindle Tapping Machines are designed for high-precision thread cutting operations in production environments. Mounted on a rigid column with tapping capacity up to M24 x 3mm in steel, these machines feature a sophisticated drive system with clutch facility. The pitch control mechanism uses phosphor bronze lead nuts and hardened thread ground lead screws for precise synchronization between spindle rotation and axial feed. Equipped with Messung PLC (16 OP & 12 IP) for single/continuous cycle provision, F-class insulated 2 KW dual speed motors handle frequent reversals with feed forward and rapid reverse capabilities. The Amber fixed spindle type four-spindle multi-tapping units ensure consistent thread quality across all operations.
