Overview
Maharajashree Industrial Solutions designs and manufactures advanced Multi Spindle Drill Machines that enable simultaneous drilling of multiple holes in a single operation. Our machines feature rigid fabricated bases with anti-vibration pads, ball screw operated slides (Model CD-35) with 40mm diameter ball screws up to 1000mm length, and precision spindle assemblies for exceptional accuracy. Powered by 2 KW servo motors with 11 Nm torque and CNC controllers, these SPMs deliver consistent, repeatable performance. The machines include rotary indexing tables (GMT make, 315mm diameter) with hydraulic operation and 3-second indexing accuracy for multi-station operations. Each machine is custom-engineered to match specific component requirements, drill patterns, and production volumes.
