Overview
MIS Horizontal Multi Spindle Boring Machines are designed for simultaneous boring of multiple holes in horizontal orientation with PLC-operated automation. These machines feature power-operated CD-35 slides and multiple fine boring heads configured for specific applications like crankcase machining. Our horizontal boring SPMs accommodate three-spindle fine boring heads for LHS crankcase bores and two-spindle fine boring heads for RHS crankcase bores, all in a single setup. With specially designed fine boring holders, these machines achieve close and accurate CTC (center-to-center) and bore sizes, dramatically reducing cycle time while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
