WE use 5 axis CNC Tool & Cutter grinding machine, Ecogrind X5 model manufactured by Widia, Banglore. And 6 Axis CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding Machine. Our standards room is equipped with a versatile profile projector with magnifications 10X, 20X, & 50X. It has Episcopic & Diascopic illumination facility. The multifunction Delta microprocessor can compute up to 9 functions.
Our tools are manufactured mainly as per DIN Standards and also as per ISI, ANSI and ISO Specifications. All Tools are inspected with strict quality norms right from the raw material to the final product. Tools are inspected on sophisticated Zoller Machines and Profile Projecter.
